-Personally negotiated on behalf of the developer on the following aspects of the project:
-Deal with 2 Semi-Custom Home Builders, Christopher Homes and Toll Brothers to build 60 and 88 homes respectively in the project.
-Facilitated the sale of over 20 custom home lots to Executive Home Builders, plantings the seeds of a relationship between the developer, PNC and builder, EHB/IDB that would transform the area for decades to come.
-Negotiated sale of 27 custom home lots to private buyers.
